April: Women of the West | Erica Fryburger
April 22, 2026
Join us as we celebrate Erica Fryburger, a Pozo native, legacy ranch family member, and longtime cornerstone of both the Central Coast agricultural community and Paso Robles Inn hospitality. Raised in Pozo 4-H and Atascadero FFA, Erica spent her youth competing in horse shows and raising Angus cattle — a passion that never left her. Today she remains an accomplished equestrian and sits on the board of the San Luis Obispo Quarter Horse Association, and is a proud member of the Cattlewomen's Association.
Her love of the land followed her naturally into hospitality, where as longtime General Manager of the Paso Robles Inn she championed locally sourced produce and quality cuts of beef for the Steakhouse, bringing the flavors of the ranching community to guests and locals alike. She now leads Avila Lighthouse Suites as General Manager. For the month, Erica has partnered with our team on a featured dish and drink pairing, with $1 from each item sold donated to SLO County Cattlewomen's Association Scholarship Program, a cause close to her heart.
