August: Women of the West | Michelle Pascoe

Join us as we celebrate Michelle Pascoe, a fifth-generation cattle rancher who manages Vintage Cowboy Winery on her family's ranch in Pozo. Beyond the winery, Michelle raises Angus cross cattle alongside ranch horses and working cattle dogs, and makes her home on the historic Hearst Ranch, where her husband is a cowboy overseeing a large cattle operation.

Ranching runs through the whole family — the Pascoes' two daughters keep busy with FFA projects and high school rodeo, and the family are members of the San Luis Obispo County Cattlemen's and CattleWomen's Associations. For the month, Michelle has partnered with our team on a featured dish and drink pairing, with $1 from each item sold donated to Great AgVenture — a cause close to her heart.
